2025 Girls NMAA State Wrestling Championships Results for Socorro
Socorro High School senior Sasha Gonzalez won her second straight state wrestling title with a 1-0 triple overtime win against West Mesa’s Kayla Jose. Arasely Moreno was a fourth-place finisher which helped the Lady warriors take 13th out of 49 teams.
“That was the toughest match of my life,” Gonzalez said as she talked with her Coach James McNeil.
