Socorro Public Library to Host Community Block Party

The Socorro Public Library is is hosting a Community Block Party, a fun-filled event for all ages, taking place on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the library.
This free event is designed to kick off the library’s “Color Our World” Summer Reading 2025 program, which officially begins this June. The Block Party will feature a variety of activities and treats for attendees, including:
- Program Sign-Up: Get a head start on registering for the exciting Summer Reading 2025 program.
- FREE BBQ: Enjoy delicious complimentary barbecue while supplies last.
- FREE Book Bags: Receive a free book bag, perfect for carrying new reads (while supplies last).
