4-H SERVICE DAY! The Tumbleweed 4-H Club invites the community to join them Saturday, May 24, 2025, for a special Community Service Day dedicated to honoring fallen service members of the Armed Forces.
In a show of gratitude for their sacrifice, volunteers will be placing US flags on the graves of fallen soldiers at the Socorro, Lemitar, and Polvadera cemeteries.
Event Details:
• Date: Saturday, May 24, 2025
• Time: 8:00 AM
• Meeting Point: Socorro County Extension Office, 198 Neel Ave.
The Tumbleweed 4-H Club encourages all who wish to show their respect and participate in this meaningful tribute to gather at the designated meeting point tomorrow morning.
