About TREASURE ISLAND:

Join Young Jim Hawkins, a mischievous lad from a seaside village in 1782 Maine. Longing for adventure, Jim finds a treasure map and falls under the hypnotic spell of the legendary pirate, Long John Silver. With Silver as his mentor, Jim sails uncharted seas, guided only by the ragged map and a flock of gulls. His ruffian friends serve as cabin boys for Silver’s hilarious (though unsavory) band of pirates. Once on the island, true colors are revealed in Jim’s quest for the proverbial happy ending, culminating in the discovery of treasure and a joyful return home.
